Chief Executive
Officer
Tunde is the Founder, Licensee and Authorized Representative of RHOG Care Homes. He brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in organizational transformation, operations, governance, and strategic planning.
His passion is creating safe, structured, and nurturing environments where children with intellectual and developmental disabilities can thrive. Tunde oversees the organization's strategic direction, regulatory compliance, community partnerships, and continuous quality improvement.

Matthew Erilim
Administrator
Emeritus Chief Nurse Executive, State of California. Matthew Erilim is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Registered Nurse, healthcare executive, educator, and compassionate leader with more than 20 years of experience serving children, adolescents, adults, and vulnerable populations across behavioral health, correctional healthcare, public health, and healthcare administration.
A lifelong educator and mentor, Matthew has taught philosophy, ethics, and science, served as an American Heart Association Instructor, and remains passionate about mentoring healthcare professionals and caregivers who share his commitment to serving others with excellence and integrity.
Ashley Curtin
M.A., BCBA, CCTS-1
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Ashley Curtin, M.A., is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 18 years of experience supporting children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, autism, complex behavioral needs, and co-occurring mental health conditions.
She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist – Individual (CCTS-I), with advanced training in trauma-informed care. Ashley provides behavior analytic services for youth at RHOG Care Homes, partnering with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote person-centered, evidence-based behavioral supports that enhance safety, build skills, and improve outcomes.
Uchenna Ajaero
Facility
Manager
For 10+ years Uchenna has stood with families in Immigration Court, fighting to keep them together through asylum, cancellation of removal, and humanitarian waivers. At home, Uchenna has learned a different kind of advocacy as a caregiver to children with mental and physical challenges.
Uchenna manages the daily operations of the home, supporting staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the facility maintains the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. She plays an integral role in resident care coordination and operational excellence.
Annette Ichi

Assistant Administrator
For over 25 years I’ve lived my vocation as a Catholic nun, integrating faith, science, and service. With a BS in Neuroscience and an MS in Health Psychology, I now serve as a Certified Administrator of a California-licensed care home for children.
My work bridges contemplative life and clinical care: I believe every child — especially those with medical complexity or trauma — bears the image of God and deserves environments built on dignity, safety, and healing. I oversee compliance, staff formation, and therapeutic programming grounded in both evidence-based practice and Catholic social teaching.
Our Direct
Support Professionals
Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are the heart of RHOG Care Homes. They provide compassionate, around-the-clock support to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, behavioral support, community integration, life skills development, recreation, and emotional well-being.
Every member of our care team receives specialized training to ensure services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in accordance with California Community Care Licensing and Regional Center standards.
State Compliance
Fully compliant with applicable California regulatory requirements, including Title 22 Community Care Licensing regulations and Title 17 Regional Center service standards.
